The information you give will be used to create a record on our IT systems of your enquiry; this will enable us to follow up on any related and appropriate support that we might be able to provide.

• This data is not shared with any organisation outside of Phoenix Paints Ltd.
• The collected information will be accessible by Phoenix Paints support service team and its system technical administrators who support the I.T. system.  System technical administrators will not use your details in any way.

Your details will be retained on our systems  for up to 3 years as part of our ongoing training and quality reviews.
